In accordance with The Municipal Councils and School Boards Elections Act, the following official list displays registered candidates alongside their required statutory declarations regarding past offences under federal legislation.
Requirement for Disclosure of Offences — Section 42(1)(3.1):
A statement by the prospective candidate disclosing any offence that they have pleaded guilty to or been found guilty of under:
(a) the Criminal Code (Canada);
(b) the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada); or
(c) The Income Tax Act or the Income Tax Act (Canada) or any other law related to financial dishonesty that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has, by regulation, designated for the purpose of this section.
A prospective candidate is not required to disclose an offence under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (Canada) or the Young Offenders Act (Canada), or an offence for which they were granted a pardon, as provided for in section 748 of the Criminal Code.
Publication by Senior Election Official — Section 44(2): 
The senior election official must publish on a website maintained by the elected authority the statements required under item 3.1 of subsection 42(1).
