Apply for Permits
Make a request for your Building Permit today. Building Permit requests can take up to 2-3 weeks before you can be issued the permit.

In order to apply for a permit, you will have to create an account on the Citywide Portal that appears when you follow the "Apply for permits here" link above (if you do not already have one). If you encounter any issues while filling out your permit application online, call the CDGPD office at 204-745-2509, or email office@cdgplanning.com.
If you are applying for a permit on behalf of the owner, please have them fill out the Owner Authorization Form below for their authorization.
