Manitoba 2020 Building Code

Apply for a Development Permit from CDGPD first, after approved download the Commercial Building Permit Application Here - Our Part 3 Permits are inspected by MSTW Planning District.
Permit FAQ's
Please note accessory building size permitted without a permit is 107 sq feet. MB Building Code overrides the current zoning by-law which allowed 120 sq feet. A permit is required after 107 sq feet.
