The Town of Carman is pleased to offer payments via credit card, Interac e-Transfer, In-person at a post office using cash or debit, and PayPal. This service is being offered through PaySimply.ca, a secure, third-party Canadian payment provider. All fees are paid to PaySimply and the town does not retain any portion of the fee. You will be notified of the fee amount prior to completing the payment. You will also receive an email confirmation of your transaction including fees paid.

This payment with service fee option is offered as a service to our residents who wish to pay by credit card while ensuring that residents who do not wish to pay by credit card do not have to cover the costs of providing this service.

Once you begin the payment process you will be taken to the PaySimply.ca secured payment website. Please ensure that you have the following information before beginning the payment process, Roll Number or Utility Account Number, Account Name and Payment Amount, along with your credit card or other payment information.  Please note there is a fee applied for the use of this service on PaySimply.ca. Payments take approximately 3 business days to process.

For your security, the information gathered during the payment process is not shared with anyone. The Town of Carman will not have access to or store your credit card or other payment information, we will just receive your payment.

 RM of Dufferin

The Rural Municipality of Dufferin is now accepting payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal or Interac eTransfer for taxes and utility billings.

So that the Rural Municipality of Dufferin receives 100% of the billed amount, a service fee (which covers the cost of processing) will be assessed to the paying party. You will be notified of the fee amount prior to the payment being processed. You will also receive an email confirmation of your transaction including fees paid.
