The Boyne Book It Fun Run is an exciting community event promoting healthy lifestyles for all ages and abilities.

The centre promotes "Active Living and Healthy Lifestyles" for all residents of Carman and surrounding areas.

The Carman Area Foundation is a community foundation established by an Act of Incorporation in 1998. The Foundation invests the contributions it receives in a perpetuity endowment fund and uses the income earned to make grants to a wide range of charitable groups – grants that benefit our local communities. Anyone can become involved in helping to build the assets of the Foundation – individuals, families, corporations and groups. Your gift to the Foundation will benefit the community now and into the future. The Foundation is a non-political, non-government organization, governed by a Board of Directors chosen from the communities the Foundation serves.

Customized training is delivered by our experienced instructors directly to your workers at your worksite, online, in community workshops, or at our training center. All training is funded and is free to the user.

Dream it. GPAC is located within the former train station of Carman, Manitoba. Built in 1902, Carman Canadian National Railway (CNR) Station building has national heritage status. The upper level of the railway station was a residence for the station master. Be sure to look for the original ‘Ticket Office’ window when visiting. GPAC is a municipal designated heritage site!

The Carman Country Fair is one of Manitoba’s oldest running fairs, established in 1879 and hosted by the Dufferin Agricultural Society Inc. As a member of the Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions, it holds significant cultural and emotional value to the local community, defining a sense of community that grows social capital and enhances the quality of life. The fair owes its success to the support of generous sponsors and countless volunteers who devote their time and energy to its organization.

Genesis House provides education, shelter and support around family & gender-based violence.

Carman Wellness Connections is a non-profit organization working to address poverty and promote wellness in Carman and surrounding area.

Welcome to Cornerstone Christian Care Society! We are a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to the care of developmentally challenged individuals within our community. We have as our basis the Holy Bible, as summarized in the Three Forms of Unity: the Belgic Confession, the Heidelberg Catechism and the Canons of Dort. We have as our ultimate goal our God’s glory and honour through the care of these special covenantal individuals. We currently operate a full 24/7 residential care program in both Carman, MB and Winnipeg, MB. Funding of our organization is provided in part by the government of Manitoba (Child & Family Services). We also rely heavily on the generosity and donations of private corporations and individuals.

The Carman Family Resource Centre (CFRC) is a non-profit organization operated by a volunteer Board of Directors. We are a non-affiliated association and registered charity. We have been incorporated since 1996. The CFRC’s mission is to provide educational and supportive services which enhance the quality of family life for residents of our community and surrounding area. Our goals include: providing ongoing parent-child programs providing supportive resources to families and caregivers providing an environment which promotes nurturing relationships between parents and children forming partnerships with existing agencies and organizations and collaborate to meet program goals.

The parents of Dufferin Christian School envision DCS as a place where students and teachers are engaged in the study of various subjects and enlightened by the Word of God, as confessed in the Belgic Confession, the Heidelberg Catechism, and the Canons of Dort, for living a life of Christian discipleship in contemporary society. ​Dufferin Christian School offers a learning program that is approved by Manitoba, Education and Youth, taking into account a variety of abilities and needs God has given to each child.
